A temperature controller is an intelligent, fully digitally integrated instrument for regulated temperature control. It supports programmable temperature curves or set-point control, multiple PID adjustment modes, output power limit curve programming, manual/automatic switching, soft start, alarm output, real-time data monitoring, and communication with a computer, among other functions. The digital display temperature instrument and thyristor voltage regulator are integrated into a single unit, combining temperature measurement, adjustment, and drive control. The instrument outputs a thyristor trigger signal directly, enabling it to drive a wide range of thyristor loads.
